Not good
No taxis available on the app but loads drive past.
Have got better,hampered during pandemic by lack of drivers although still take bookings and then text you to say taxi is running late.
I booked a taxi the night before half a hour before i was supposed to leave for a 15 minute drive because i expected it to be late i had to phone fonacab and it came in 5 mins but still it is now 09:03 and i stated at 9 and this isnt the first time value cab has let me down
£1 extra everytime I order a taxi by card. Taxi prices are bad enough as it is. If I order by cash then no charge, how does this make sense?
Unable to book a taxi half the time. The app constantly tells me that the billing postcode is too long (for a casg payment?) or says that I'm unable to book any taxi, regardless of when I'm trying to book it for.

Terrible Service, waited over half an hour after taxi was booked for, before taxi showed up
Every transaction does a £1.00 card check. It takes 30 days to reverse the £1.00 with Value cabs. All other apps, only do a check on the card once and release the funds within an hour.
Loved being almost raped and sustaining injuries avoiding said rape because my taxi shown up early and wouldn't wait until the booking time. My blood (That I literally bled) is on your hands.
